I was nervous. Dr. Robertson was kind. Asked a lot of questions, and listened to my responses... no writing, no typing. I've been through mental health issues for more than 11 years. This is the first time I left, with confidence, that my mental health will be addressed properly. My faith has never been better. May the love and peace of God surround you, and those around you, until He calls us home.

My experience with Dr. Robertson was very comforting. As a new patient she make me feel like I had been going to her for years. Not only did she question my overall health, she asked about my family. It was a very enjoyable experience. Most doctors treat you like a number, she did not. Dr. Robertson made you comfortable enough to feel like you were friends.

As I get older and after several years undergoing cancer care & treatment I feel like I’m experiencing more small issues and worries. After visiting with Johanna I walked away not only feeling worry free but more importantly safe. She takes the time to address ALL your concerns, tests & scans. You feel listened to & understood. I have a medical background and understand a lot but she points out things, explains why she’s ok with this is that result and you get a better understanding of everything. It’s hard to explain but when I walked in I was worried when I walked out I felt safe putting my healthcare in her hands. Something I hadn’t felt in many years. She’s friendly & positive and the practice has many other benefits as they are using very modern computer software and when you are prescribed medication your scripts go straight to the pharmacy and you even get texts with discounts available for your meds to use when you pick up the scripts ( this may not be for every med but if available) my tests were sent directly to lab & hospital & the hospital called me to set up my echo. I was nervous leaving my life long doctor when I moved here permanently and the only thing I regret is not finding Johanna sooner. She’s absolutely outstanding- as is her staff.

When my doctor of 18 years decided to leave Beebe, I had to scramble to find a new doctor. This was not an easy task. Many doctors are not accepting new patients. I ended up with a really bad doctor who cut me off a medicine that had been helping me for over 20years. I was desperate to find a better doctor who cared about my well being. She ordered tests and lab work that my previous physician neglected to do for 2025. This the practice I have been looking for, a primary care provider that will handle annual well checks, well woman check ups, and medication management. Kudos to this business model that treats the whole patient without having to juggle multiple providers.

I was recovering from Pneumonia and had severe upper back pain. Joannna determined it was musculoskeletal from s recent move and prescribed a muscle relaxer. I am gradually feeling better.

Johanna is perhaps the best PCP I've had in my life. She takes the time to go through anything and everything about your health and what you're experiencing. After the visit, you go home and there's an email from her explaining in detail what she went over with you. I also love the way she challenges me to get better at what I'm trying to accomplish, whether it be blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, diet or whatever, she's giving you something to get better at all the time, and being a man, we love challenges, and I understand the psychology of it. Joanna is very comfortable for me. I find her to be sincere, empathetic, and direct. The office staff are easy and friendly to deal with in a genuine way. I appreciate that im able to only havevto come in every 3 months. Others make it mandatory for once a month, and it feels unnecessary and greedy. I have been searching for a PCP for 4 yrs after moving here. I have chronic Lyme disease and couldn't find a single n provider who understood my disease or believed such a disease even existed. ( unbelievable). I needed knee surgery but the surgeon wouldn't operate until I was medically cleared by a pcp. Thankfully, a receptionist at that office told me about Joanna. I was able to get an appointment easily. She and her staff are among the most caring people i have met in the medical profession. Joanna even gave me an appt. on her day off when I was in a personal crisis situation that was affecting my health. Who else would do that?? Had my first appointment for my annual physical with Joanna Robertson today and I am very happy to have found her! I decided to leave my current provider due to it feeling too much like a big business and difficulty getting appointments in a timely manner. With Joanna’s office, everything was stellar! Office staff are friendly and the office is clean and modern. This visit felt very old school in the sense that I felt seen and heard and not rushed. We moved to Lewes in April of 2024 & I found Beachfront when I needed to find a PCP that accepted new patients, not an easy task. I’m so glad I was able to get into see Joanna and her team! Great care from an NP who really listens to what’s going on with me & treats ME, not an illness. Love them!

Joanna is the most caring and supportive PCP I have ever had. I have Neurological Lyme Disease and she is the only practitioner in 12 yrs that has truly LISTENED to my crazy medical case history and actually expressed the positive attributes she noticed in me. Most have belittled me due to their unwavering disbelief in chronic Lyme. I have only seen her a few times but I can finally take a deep sigh in knowing that my search for a caring, proactive and engaging medical professional is over. Her staff is also a pleasure to talk to. I cannot recommend her enough if you are in search for a new PCP.

Dr. Robertson, "Joanna" as she prefers to be called is one of the best physicians that are practicing here in the state of Delaware. Beachfront Clinic has the most caring staff that sit and listen to your concerns and explains things so that one can understand fully and comprehend their diagnosis s and instructions on how to deal with any circumstances that arise. It is so nice to finally have a primary care team that I and my husband can fully trust putting our lives in their hands without worries. I surely wish there were more doctors like her here in the state of Delaware with the knowledge and bed side manner that she possesses.

Joanna is simply the best . She has literally changed my life. I was recommended to her by my cardiologist who I trust with my life. It is indeed very rare to encounter a person and primary care dr of this quality. She is ALWAYS there for her patients. Cannot say enough great things about her.

As a new patient I was extremely pleased. I had pulled something in lots of pain, the office was able to get me in. The entire staff are awesome and I highly recommend them! I didn't feel like a number, but the care and concern were top notch.
