Great Joanna great person

Had my first appointment for my annual physical with Joanna Robertson today and I am very happy to have found her! I decided to leave my current provider due to it feeling too much like a big business and difficulty getting appointments in a timely manner. With Joanna’s office, everything was stellar! Office staff are friendly and the office is clean and modern. This visit felt very old school in the sense that I felt seen and heard and not rushed. Haven’t experienced or felt this way about a provider in many years and I would highly recommend this practice.

Joanna is the most caring and supportive PCP I have ever had. I have Neurological Lyme Disease and she is the only practitioner in 12 yrs that has truly LISTENED to my crazy medical case history and actually expressed the positive attributes she noticed in me. Most have belittled me due to their unwavering disbelief in chronic Lyme. I have only seen her a few times but I can finally take a deep sigh in knowing that my search for a caring, proactive and engaging medical professional is over. Beachfront Clinic has the most caring staff that sit and listen to your concerns and explains things so that one can understand fully and comprehend their diagnosis s and instructions on how to deal with any circumstances that arise. Love Dr. Robertson. A doctor who actually listens. The last tree doctors i had were busy typing on their computers instead of "being" with me. Dr. Robertson isn't like that. She is both my psychiatrist and primary care physician.

The office was super clean and inviting, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier—everyone was full of smiles and made me feel so comfortable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was taken back almost immediately. I barely had any wait time once I was in the room, which was such a nice surprise. The nurse practitioner Joanna I saw was amazing!! She was so joyful and comforting, which made it easy to talk about my medical history. She really listened and was extremely knowledgeable. She even suggested running some routine blood work as a preventative since she noticed I hadn’t had any done in years—something my previous doctors never mentioned. Scheduling was also a breeze, and I really appreciated the reminder texts leading up to my visit. Joanna is amazing. She spent an hour with me my first visit as psych doctor and got all my background information. Above all that, the warmth and comfort you feel. You’re safe to open up to her. Joanna and her staff were kind and accommodating. The office was clean and inviting. I didn’t feel rushed and there was always a smile and eye contact. All of my needs were met and I left feeling that I was truly cared about. I highly recommend this office and provider.

The NP was very kind and sensitive to my complex medical history as a new patient. I was able to schedule a follow up appt just a few days later to continue understanding my current needs. She is the first physician who actually wanted to read and review the 11 yr medical history I had created. I've seen over 22 different medical professionals over the past 11 years and she is one of only a select few who believed me. So often I have been belittled by various Specialists who just didn't believe there is such a thing as Chronic Lyme Disease. I highly recommend Joanna Robertson N.P. if you are in need of a PCP who actually listens and cares about her patients.
